- The Ministry of Finance of Canada has released draft regulations on excise taxes on vapes. According to the draft, vapewill be subject to new tax regulations and will take effect on July 1.
- The U.S. Illinois Senate passed two bills aimed at restricting youth vaping. One of the bills bans companies from selling vaping devices that look like ordinary household items. Another bill would ban the delivery of vapes within the state, with exceptions for retailers and distributors.
