- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Zheng signed and issued an official letter on strengthening the management of vapesand heated tobacco. The Prime Minister requested all departments to strengthen vapecontrol and publicity activities to protect public health.
- In March 2024, China’s vapeexports to France were approximately US$12.63 million, a month-on-month increase of 32.99%, and a year-on-year increase of 7.39%; the export volume was approximately 227 tons, a month-on-month increase of 47.78%, and a year-on-year increase of 18.73%.
- John Verbeten became the next director of the Office of Compliance and Supervision of CTP. He previously led the FDA and USPS to formulate a memorandum of cooperation.

- The Independent European Vaping Alliance (IEVA) asks the Spanish government not to ban flavored vapes. The group said there were some risks with the proposed measures. This would not only stimulate black market activity but could also lead to dangerous and non-compliant products flooding the market.
